30% Responsible for recruiting and hiring, coaching and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and addressing all disciplinary issues in a timely manner. 30% Responsible for underwriting and approving quotes that are outside of other underwriters authority level.
20% Develop, run, and send underwriting reports to senior management
20% Develop new product strategies for clients.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Work Experience:
Ten plus years-Underwriting experience.
Three years-Management experience OR equivalent military experience in grade E5 or above (may be concurrent).
