WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead a team of buyer analysts supporting the Enclosures and Industrial Cooling businesses
Manage the availability of inventory to satisfy production and customer needs
Identify, develop, and implement improvements across the procure-to-pay process
Responsible for maintaining data integrity of safety stocks, purchase order dates, lead times, and other key ERP fields related to the purchasing process
Conduct and facilitate cross functional meetings to discuss disruptions to supply
Own safety stock levels and process of updating ERP from the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) stocking recommendation tool
Drive KPI's for Cash, Stockouts, and other operational maintenance metrics
Identify, assess, and communicate supply disruption risks to leadership and site stakeholders
Evaluate team member performance and plan individuals' goals to be aligned to organizational strategic initiatives
Be onsite - remote work is an available option when necessary but will be the exception
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree required or 3+ years' experience in materials leadership role
3+ years previous experience in or with supply chain management
1+ years supervisory experience
