Job Details
In this role you will use your buyer background and experience to purchase products, services and equipment for our 122-bed hospital in beautiful Berlin, Vermont. The products will support plant facilities, lab inventory, environmental services, respiratory therapy, hospital linen and more. Services include service contracts for minor equipment and elevator services to name a few. Equipment purchases may include mobile desk carts, sit/stand tables, tools for plant facilities. You’ll have an opportunity to impact the hospital’s function and mission and see the results.
This is a hands-on position with 60% of your time spent in movement through our facility. We will train you on our software systems and supply organization.
High school/GED required; associate’s degree preferred. One to three years' experience in healthcare purchasing.
