ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's growing South Burlington, VT office is looking for an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Developing quantity and cost estimates
• Preparing engineering drawings
• Preparing written planning documents, summarize information collected by others, and assemble reports
• Development, analysis and evaluation of plan/design improvements
• Client and agency interaction/coordination

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think critically
• Strong computer skills
• Excel at working in a team environment

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 0-1 years of civil / environmental engineering / planning experience
• Experience with MicroStation desired but not required

Hiring Salary Range - $64,000 - $70,000. However, the final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
