POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush Resort is seeking individuals with a love for kids and the outdoors to work in the Resort's summer Mini Adventure Camps. Responsible for direct care of groups of children for the duration of day. Activities include biking, hiking, disc golf, swimming, rock climbing, and other on and off mountain activities. Share your passion for exploring and learning in the heart of the green mountains. Part time positions available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the day's schedule is being followed.
- On-spot creativity to craft memorable experience for kids.
- Must be comfortable with guests of all ages.
- Ability to maintain a fun and safe learning environment for all.
- Provide guest services to the professional standard of Sugarbush Resort.
- Punctuality and complete understanding of the expectations of the job in the context of the mountain's ethos.
- Exemplary communication with guests and supervisor.
- Ability and willingness to learn new sports and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 16 or older.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in summer camps and/or child/youth related fields preferred.
- Instruction/Coaching experience.
- Requires ability to be outside for extended periods of time.
- Job may involve multiple hours of physically demanding work each day.
- Applicants should be in good physical condition.
- Occasionally assists guests by lifting.
- Successful applicants need proper outdoor clothing, footwear, pack, and water bottle.
- Ability to make spontaneous decisions and have good initiative.
- Work in variable weather conditions including rain, cold, wind, and heat.
- Maintain professional appearance, including use of the uniform provided.
- Biking experience preferred.
