Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Project Specialist who will be passionate about helping our scientific customers work toward the development of curative gene therapies and breakthrough cancer treatments.

The successful candidate will become part of a portfolio team responsible for developing and commercially launching and supporting chemical tools for the analysis of cell and gene therapy drug substances and products. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the curation and delivery of portfolio wide customer facing content including manuals, brochures and webpages, and for liaising and tracking co-marketing and beta testing collaborations, supporting paid media and search engine optimization activities, and providing project management assistance for late-stage development projects.

In this dynamic role, the candidate will help the world's booming biotechnology industry by spreading the news about our newest liquid chromatography columns, related consumables, and methods that can be applied to characterize and quantify AAVs, lentivirus, lipid nanoparticles, plasmids, mRNA and synthetic oligonucleotide therapies. The ideal candidate will be team oriented and have good scientific competency, experience with technical writing, a passion for continuous learning and social selling, and an ability to draw on past experiences to facilitate project coordination and management.

Responsibilities
    Curate portfolio-wide marketing messages and related website content
  • Build and curate marketing content on Seismic (SalesForce.com) for sales enablement
  • Help organize and implement eCommerce promotions and customer nurture campaigns and report on performance metrics
  • Support digital marketing, LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing plans while guiding paid media and web optimization projects
  • Prepare monthly newsletter marketing updates for our field organization
  • Coordinate and collaborate with our demand generation team to finalize and communicate marketing goals, campaign activities and social posts
  • Take a lead role on maintaining status updates on co-marketing and alpha/beta testing collaborations and soliciting formalized testimonials via release forms
  • Provide part-time project management support to our product management and product development team for analytical standards and reagents development projects
Qualifications
  • Minimum BA/BS degree in business or marketing with science related experiences or BS in a scientific field with extensive experience on business and marketing projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant marketing, market development, and/or scientific sales roles.
  • Experience with website management, marketing content generation, lead generation and/or social selling
  • Experience addressing and serving the cell and gene therapy industry is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
