Interstate Parking is rapidly growing and needs highly talented people to drive that growth and achieve our vision.  We’re currently looking for a creative and customer-focused General Manager to join our team.  This role is responsible for the overall leadership, market development and management of our existing parking operations in our Summit County, Colorado Mountain Region. 
 
We’re a rapidly growing, technology-focused, parking solutions company with approximately 500 team members operating over 250 locations with more than 65,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Vermont. In Summit County, we manage multiple municipalities, ski resorts, and private properties. Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Ensure unrivaled customer service and an unmatched experience for our business partners and end users.
  • Maintain and nurture all client relationships within this market.
  • Oversight for audit systems, budget development, and financial reporting.
  • Supervision, coaching, and development of staff.
  • Ensure operational and customer service expectations are met. 
 
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Individuals who bring an entrepreneurial, creative, collaborative, solution-focused, and proactive approach to their work.  
  • Experience developing and managing budgets.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple front-line service employees.
  • 10 years of management experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the parking, hospitality, retail, or property management industries.
